Duplicity has been delighting audiences with its eclectic mix of blues, jazz, rock, pop, folk and soul since winning Best Group at the Dandenong Ranges Ukulele Festival (DRUKE) in 2017. Duplicity captivates audiences by combining beautiful vocals with clever arrangements and “taking ukuleles to places they don’t normally go”. Based in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges, Duplicity comprises Sue Kidd (Vocals, Ukulele and Percussion) and Brendan Canty (Ukulele, U-Bass and Vocals). In addition to regular gigging, Duplicity has supported Lucy Wise and Hannah Schmidli at their respective album launches. Duplicity is active on the festival circuit in Australia and recently returned from performing in New Zealand where they supported legendary bluesmen, Paul Jonson and Manitoba Hal Brolund.
